My work in education continually inspires my visual, written, and performance-based creative practices. Likewise, I approach my education practice as a creative act in and of itself. I consider myself a lifelong learner and aim to create learning environments with less hierarchies, ample space for exploration and play, and ongoing inquiry so that young people and artists of all ages can connect more deeply with each other and with their own creative desires.

I have over 12 years of experience in museums, schools, and non-traditional learning spaces like rooftop gardens. Some of the places I’ve worked as an Educator, Teaching Artist, and Nonprofit Administrator include:

  • American Museum of Natural History

  • Archive for Research in Archetypal Symbolism

  • Brooklyn Grange

  • Cathedral of Saint John the Divine

  • Freshkills Park Alliance

  • Rubin Museum of Art

  • Swiss Institute
