excerpt from “the erotic garden”
fiddlehead fern
wrap yourself around
me
coiled in the way
of the fiddlehead
tight and
tender
our limbs a
thicket
an impenetrable fortress
huddled between the
cretaceous and tomorrow
excerpt from “the erotic garden”
eggplant
plump and
taut like the skin
of an eggplant
give me
all that you have
give me
a little more
until i
blossom
an aubergine inferno
a bruised constellation
that contains
all the shades
of night
